1. How do I book a rental?
Booking with us is simple! Just visit www.rydhouse.com, browse our listings, and choose the home that suits you. From there, you can easily select your check-in and check-out dates, and complete your booking.
2. What is the minimum rental period?
Our homes are available for short-term rentals, with a minimum stay of 1 day and a maximum stay of 7 days. If you're interested in a longer stay, please contact us directly at sale@rydhouse.com and we'll be happy to assist you with a custom arrangement.
3. How can I cancel my booking?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your check-in time. If you need to cancel after that, a 20% cancellation fee will apply based on the total booking amount.
4. Can I modify my booking?
Yes! If you need to make any changes to your booking (dates, number of guests, etc.), please reach out to us as soon as possible via sale@rydhouse.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate any modifications based on availability.
5. Are the rental homes fully furnished?
Absolutely! All our properties are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, including kitchen appliances, comfortable beds, fresh linens, and more.
6. Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?
For stays of 7 days or longer, we offer optional cleaning services at an additional charge. For shorter stays, the homes are prepared for your arrival, but we do not provide mid-stay cleaning. However, feel free to reach out if you need additional services during your stay.
7. Is parking available at the rental homes?
Most of our properties include free parking. If parking is not available on-site, we’ll provide clear instructions on the nearest available parking options.
8. What happens if I need to check in early or check out late?
Check-in times are generally 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us prior to your arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, based on availability.
9. Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but we ask that you check each property’s details for pet policy. Some homes are pet-friendly, while others may not be. Please reach out to us if you're unsure!
10. What do I do if I need assistance during my stay?

11. Can I host an event at the rental property?
We want everyone to enjoy their stay, but please check the specific property details for event hosting policies. In general, our rentals are intended for personal use only, and any events or large gatherings may require prior approval.
12. Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
We do offer special pricing for stays longer than 7 days. Please contact us directly at sale@rydhouse.com to inquire about available discounts.
13. What should I do if I have a maintenance issue during my stay?
If you experience any maintenance issues, please reach out to us immediately at sale@rydhouse.com. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
