1. Property Maintenance

We are committed to providing clean, comfortable, and well-maintained homes. Before each guest’s arrival, we ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned, fully furnished, and stocked with essentials like toiletries, linens, and kitchenware. Regular checks and maintenance are conducted to keep everything in excellent condition.

2. Clear Communication

Clear communication is key to ensuring a smooth stay. We make sure all our rental details—such as check-in/check-out times, house rules, and amenities—are clearly outlined on our website and confirmed during the booking process. 5. Proper Housekeeping Before Your Arrival

We ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. This includes changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring that all appliances and fixtures are working correctly. We also make sure that any welcome instructions are clearly communicated so that you feel at ease when you check in.

6. Provide Necessary Amenities

Each home is equipped with essential amenities to make your stay comfortable, such as:

As hosts, we honor all confirmed bookings and ensure that the property is available as agreed. If for any reason there is an issue with the property (e.g., unexpected maintenance), we will notify you immediately and provide alternatives if necessary.

11. Check-in/Check-out Process

We make check-in and check-out as simple as possible. Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need flexibility with check-in or check-out times, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
