-Possibility to add bedding on request and exclusive only to international travelers and if necessary for travelers by motorcycles or commercial vehicles. $15 will be added to the reservation for the double bed and $5 extra per single bed for the stay. Please let us know your needs in advance.
-Access to the ring of fires and the pinic table as well as the Petit Rusty land only.
-All new guests must be notified and added to the reservation before check-in. No parties and gatherings are allowed.
- Private dry toilet 20 feet to the back of the Petit Rusty. It doesn't have a shower. The Marineau inn 10 min by car, offers access to showers.
- Solar power, only for lights inside the Petit Rusty and USB socket for cellular. No 120 volt outlets. If necessary, we can charge some electronic devices at our home.
- No refrigerator, it is necessary to provide a cooler, ice is available at the service station 10 minutes from Petit Rusty. On request, cooler available for free.
- Compost and recovery tank.
-Cadenas included at your disposal to secure the Petit Rusty.
- No running water, drinking water barrels are at your disposal, please note that water to drink has a slight iron taste, it may be better to bring your water to drink according to your tastes. In winter the sink is closed, a basin is included to make your dishes. It is best that all empty the used water into the compost bin to avoid unpleasant smells and visitors all over the field.
-The firewood is included, in cold season for the wood stove inside the Petit Rusty. Limited amount for the outdoor firepit. Reasonable use is appreciated. For extra wood you will have to pay $5 per box, or bring your own wood.
-No smoking, an ashtray is outside to arrange cigarette butts if needed.
- Out of respect for the animals of the estate and the owner we no longer accept dogs at Petit Rusty, cats or other on request only.
-Fresh eggs from our free-range chickens are offered at a cost of $8 a dozen.
-Ability to visit the kennel and the micro-farm, only by reservation, in the company of the owner of the premises. The cost is $17 +tx/person per day for a guided tour of about 1hr. Other activities are offered, for description you can ask Gabrielle or visit the website of ¨Galeox Univers¨. It's best to make a reservation in advance for any activities and guided tour of the animals and the estate. It is not guaranteed once on site upon arrival of the stay that it is available. Thank you for your understanding.
-The Mekinac bridge to get to Petit Rusty is paid, at a cost of $12 ($4 for motorcycle or 4 wheels) including a round trip, or free within an exit time of 2 hours and between 22h and 5h, from early May to the end of October. The cost is worth it, as you'll have access to the Saint-Maurice Mattawin Wildlife Reserve and the Zec Straw Hat to discover hundreds of lakes, rivers, falls, and walking trails. In winter the bridge is no longer charged.
- In winter it is highly recommended that you have good winter tires and a 4x4 or 4whld vehicle or truck, to circulate on the Petit Rusty path in a snowy forest, snow removal daily by the municipality.

Other things to note
- The water shoe port can be useful for swimming on certain pebble beaches or waterfalls.
-You can bring slippers if you are chilly on the wooden floors of the Petit Rusty.
