Family owned Bunkie on 36 acres.

Experience the outdoors with Our family Bunkie. Able to sleep 2 adults and 4 children.

We would call this experience like camping but in the cutest setting of a bunkie. Very private location. Bunkie has a wood burning stove for heating. Cook your meals on a bbq or gas stove (outdoors). Enjoy a nice evening fire with family or friends.

It is a true off grid camping experience.
solar panels/generator offer indoor lighting. Outhouse is a short path away.

The space

Opens to the main level, which houses a small wood burning stove. Close by there is a space saving queen sized murphy bed. Kitchen area is a 6 foot live edge counter space with shelves. The Ladder will take you up in the loft where Kids can safely and comfortably set up their space.

Guest access

We have driveway access into our lot that you can park and turn around in. As you drive into our lot you will see a smaller path to the right that will lead you to Bunkie.

Other things to note

The Bunkie is off grid but has its own power supplied by a solar panel and battery bay with a backup generator. You can have the lights on and charge your devices for a curtain period of time, Dependent on Sun exposure or the use of the backup generator will be needed. A few flash lights and or candles are great packing items.

Must pack item list

*** Queen sized sheets and bedding for the murphy bed. We also have four twins sized beds that would need sheets and bedding as well.
*** Water for your whole trip (10 litres per day recom.)
*** Dishcloth and Dish Towel
*** Personal Towel and washcloth
*** Toilet paper

*** we have a backup generator, so bring a small jerry can of gas in case the Sun can't keep up to your power demands. (we don't supply gas onsite)

Our outhouse is a short path away from the Bunkie into the woods.

Cold weather/fire starting issues : we provide a blow torch to help assist in making a fire for those not up to the challenge and also a kindling maker to make wood even smaller to assist in starting a fire.

Trails and activities: The Bunkie has Some great trails for outdoor activities that are close by. Our Rd. (Madill Rd) connects right to a main trail that goes for km's into Tory hill. (look in photos for map)
Bring your Atv / Dirtbike / Snowmobile. You will be busy for hours !
